It starts with the broth
The menu centers on carefully crafted ramen bowls — from the Black Tonkotsu to the Creamy Miso, each one rich and deeply savory. Both are built for the kind of slurping that just can't be helped.
Pick your noodle
Two noodle styles, two very different experiences: the thin, delicate white Hakata noodle or the slightly chewy, yellow curly Sapporo noodle. Either way, they're going straight into that broth.
